Returns

We do NOT accept returns; however, we accept exchanges within 10 days of the arrival of your package. Please inspect your items upon arrival to make sure there are no damages. If your item is damaged, we can issue a store credit. If you receive the incorrect item, we will issue a refund. The incorrect item means what you received is different from your invoice. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items can not be exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on clearance items or lipsticks.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out immediately with your order number and the correct item your need. Please read the descriptions of all items to ensure you choose the correct item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
